Excellent title. There is absolutely no better choice for this one.

You don't have to show me what a cow looks like, i know that. And i think you knew that i know it. Yeah. That's why it's blurred. But the fence is crisply photographed - because that's what gives the photo it's meaning. Awesome idea...in case this is what you wanted to express. Otherwise, awesome accidental effect. But i'm pretty sure it's done on purpose...well, but why would you want to scrap such an amazing idea then...because the fence doesn't look esthetical enough?
